We sell Shilajit resin and related natural products. Our products are food supplements / nutraceutical products in the Ayurvedic tradition. They are not medicines.Statements made on the Site, on packaging, or in marketing communications have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority including the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), the Ministry of AYUSH, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

You acknowledge that natural products can affect different individuals differently. You agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner before using our products if you:

• are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive;
• have any pre-existing medical condition including diabetes, hypertension, heart, kidney or liver disease;
• are on prescription or over-the-counter medication;
• are under the age of 18 or over the age of 70;
• have a history of allergic reactions to herbal or mineral supplements.

You assume full and sole responsibility for the decision to consume our products and for any effect such consumption may have on you. We disclaim all liability for any allergic, adverse or unexpected reactions.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. The information you provide at checkout (name, address, phone, email) must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping this information correct.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion (including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel a paid order we will refund the amount actually received from you.

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your payment instrument details.

We may, from time to time, offer first-time customers the option to pay 50% of the list price at the time of order, with the remaining 50% (the “Deferred Balance”) payable on the customer’s next order. The Deferred Balance is recorded against the mobile number used at checkout and will be automatically added to the customer’s next order on the Site.

The offer is available only to genuine first-time customers and only for the order on which it is selected. It cannot be combined with itself, cannot be split across multiple orders, and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without notice.

We ship pan-India through reputed couriers. International shipping is available on request. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and not a guarantee. Title and risk in the products pass to you upon handover to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, customs, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

For international shipments, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws. We will not refund shipments that are seized, returned, or destroyed by customs.

Because our products are consumable food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars for safety reasons. If your jar arrives damaged or with a broken seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and the product. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or refund the amount paid.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. We are not obligated to refund shipping fees or any duties paid.

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, logos, the brand name “Ladakh Naturals”, the layout, code and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, scrape, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems, not to introduce viruses, malware or harmful code, and not to interfere with any other user’s use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (WhatsApp, payment gateways, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those websites. Visiting any third-party link is at your own risk.

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific order that gave rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

In no event shall we, our owners, employees, family members, agents, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or any other intangible loss, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ladakh Naturals, its owners, family members, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or our products; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of our products caused harm to you or any third party.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, road closures in Ladakh, courier failures, or communication or power outages.

We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, contact, address, order details) and to enable the half-pay offer (mobile number). We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is processed by our payment gateway and is not stored on our servers. By using the Site you consent to this collection and use.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the updated date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Leh, Ladakh, India. You waive any objection to the venue or convenience of such forum.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ladakh Naturals with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior communications.
